but Vesp is "NEO" NewYork Style
which is modified NewYork Style
that is available from only one slice.
Don’t stick to the classics
Our topping is not only
the NewYork style things
such as pepperoni, but also got inspired by
Napoli-style pizza or various cuisine.
Toppings, size and plant-based,
everything is new style
so we call that
“Neo NewYork-style pizza”.

All ingredients are not only
just plant-based, but also vegan.
Using unrefined beet sugar,
house-made vegan honey,
and no palm oil.
Don’t worry vegans,
our menu is fully vegan.

What is NewYork-Style Pizza?
Napoli-style pizza is normally baked for one and half a minute, around 800℉.
On the other hand, NewYork-style pizza is normally baked for 5 minutes, around 600℉ to make the crust crispy outside and also chewy inside at the same time.
That's why the NewYork-style pizza keeps tasty even though it's a leftover.

13 Inches = Perfect Size
NewYork-style pizza is normally around 20 inches,
but the pizza in Vesp is only 13 inches,
still available from a single slice.
