Most kind of pizzas are made with animal product such as cheese or meat.

However, amount of people who don't eat animal product is increasing.

Do they have to give up having delicious pizza?

The answer is NO. This is our mission.

All menu and ingredients are

completely plant-based.

"NEO" NewYork-style Slice Pizza

Napoli-style pizza from Italy 

is the most common in Japan,

but Vesp is "NEO" NewYork Style

which is modified NewYork Style

that is available from only one slice.

Don’t stick to the classics

Our topping is not only

the NewYork style things

such as pepperoni, but also got inspired by

Napoli-style pizza or various cuisine.

Toppings, size and plant-based,

everything is new style

so we call that

“Neo NewYork-style pizza”.

VEGAN

All ingredients are not only

just plant-based, but also vegan.

Using unrefined beet sugar,

house-made vegan honey,

and no palm oil.

Don’t worry vegans,

our menu is fully vegan.

We never make you hesitate.

What is NewYork-Style Pizza?

Napoli-style pizza is normally baked for one and half a minute, around 800℉.

On the other hand, NewYork-style pizza is normally baked for 5 minutes, around 600℉ to make the crust crispy outside and also chewy inside at the same time.

That's why the NewYork-style pizza keeps tasty even though it's a leftover.

We make these from scratch

with our original recipe.

13 Inches = Perfect Size

NewYork-style pizza is normally around 20 inches,

but the pizza in Vesp is only 13 inches,

still available from a single slice.  

From one slice for quick lunch or snack.

The whole is good for 2 people so goes well with date with your partner.
